Samsung has some good features on the watch, but more can be made to make it great
Love this watch, super buy, enjoying features, great look.
My suggestion to you all is, if you must buy this watch, get it from Best Buy with a 2 year warranty and make them replace it every year when the battery starts to die as it will.
The watch is supposed to use gyroscopic measures to wake up when you raise your wrist, but this feature has been inconsistent and laggy at best
This watch is missing 2 features that really lile about my gear neo...
Plain and simple S Health sucks!!A smartwatch with basic fitness app, Gear S2 is fabulous looking and awesome

This SAMSUNG GEAR S2 SMARTWATCH (Dark Gray) is an interesting gadget, and works as advertised.
Only down side is that as others have mentioned the apps are limited as of now
Hopefully more apps become compatible with it but other than that the watch is great.
The other apps are fun and a lot of them are quite useful on a watch

The apps are somewhat limited but it tells time and looks fantastic, which is what I was after
LOTS of available watch faces to customize the display withCons: Band seems a little on the small side (but is quality material), VERY limited apps from Samsung right now.
Shortly after the latest I started to notice the battery draining faster for no reason on random days
I sent it to the Samsung and they were unable to repair the watch or honor the warranty as they did not have the parts or the software to fix it.
You can set as many notifications as you'd like from your phone (which I do), but you can't access them directly on the watch
it doesnt die in one day but the battery drains to the point where i have to charge it just about every night so that it can last me the second day as well without dying halfway through the day.
The only downside to this smartwatch is that the battery drains so quickly
Less then a day my band broke making it a pocket watch till I ordered a new after market band
I was really disappointed that the first day my son got this watch, the band broke.
Even though HR is on demand meaning you need to touch the screen to check heart rate it does not bother me as I thought it would

S-Voice was beaten soundly and in some cases failed miserably
It's a good smartwatch, but I bought it for easy voice control, and it does not have a quality voice control
Tizen is capable but in desperate need of support for the long game and S-Voice for the watch is definitely in need of an upgrade as Google Now crushes it easily
I have to say I really like this watch, it performs exactly as I expected, it links to my
If you're used to having robust voice commands at your disposal or if you're buying your first smartwatch with the intention of using this feature, the S2 isn't for you
We don't believe there's any way to tell if the product is an international version short of having Samsung validate the serial number on the watch
S-health on the Gear S2 doesn't work the same as the version on the Galaxy phone.
It is very disappointing to use a Samsung phone that is feature rich with google maps, Gmail, and Play, only to have a matching watch that basically forces you to use Samsung's crappier, buggier versions of google apps.
I've been using the 'classic' version of the S2 for about a month and have really been pleased with the purchase
I have tried the cheaper version and all it did was mess up my phone this watch as well worth the
This was a Christmas gift for my son, the band broke a month after wearing it.
I've been wearing the watch about 4 months now, and I still really like it
I'm with T-Mobile and so its only an extra $5 a month and TOTALLY worth it
It's been 4 months, working great!
When the connection to the watch bands broke less than 4 months into wearing it, I called in to Samsung as directed by Amazon/Third-party vendor to get it fixed
Samsung's proprietary O/S gets you nothing but battery life maybe which has shrunk from 2 full days to 1 3/4 in 4 months
I spent 3 weeks and multiple hours (~7 hrs) dealing with the impossible customer service depart in Samsung only to find out by a member of the executive customer service department that once it is deemed BER for corrosion they will NEVER do anything about it!!
Samsung charged me $70 to fix the problem and the customer service was not the best
Samsung customer service has proved useless to me and nothing but a source of aggravation
I have to say I really like this watch, it performs exactly as I expected, it links to my
Had high expectations for the gear classic unfortunately it would not count steps contacted Samsung about problem reset watch numerous times and took it to their technical at Best Buy said it was a hardware
I did try a hard reset the watch to take it back to the factory setting.
I did a hard reset a few days ago and it seems to have fixed it
I already made a hard reset and it continues with the same problem
After multiple power-offs, reboots, re-pairing and a desperate factory reset, I am now left with the loss of even the limited functionality I once had, I've no ability to do anything except get the S2 into emergency mode for 911 service
