    Samsung Gear S2 Smartwatch - Silver

    • Had high expectations for the gear classic unfortunately it would not count steps contacted Samsung about problem reset watch numerous times and took it to their technical at Best Buy said it was a hardware
    • I did a hard reset a few days ago and it seems to have fixed it
    • Store representative confirmed device was defective after soft and hard resets, repairing, etc
    • After multiple power-offs, reboots, re-pairing and a desperate factory reset, I am now left with the loss of even the limited functionality I once had, I've no ability to do anything except get the S2 into emergency mode for 911 service
    • I did try a hard reset the watch to take it back to the factory setting.
    • I already made a hard reset and it continues with the same problem
    • S-Voice kicked back an error saying it couldn't complete the command
