So you need to download a separate app from their Appstore, and good luck accessing that

It has extremely poor integration with your smartphone, and good luck trying to get your credit card working if you live outside the US or Europe

You will be locked out of it, and good luck finding an app that allows you to see the battery life, cause whatever they have, you will have to pay for, if you are lucky enough to get your credit card working on their clunky payment system

But good luck if you have a problem and have to go through the warranty process.
