The sleep, stairs climbed, and step trackers all do a nice job

When the workout involves a lot of arm movement, like push-ups, bench press, etc, the optical monitors don't do a great job

It also seems to do a better job with my heart monitoring, but that may have simply been an issue with my old watch

It is well constructed, does a nice job with notifications and is nice looking.

I've now switched to using the swim.com app on the watch, which seems to do a better job at tracking laps
