    • and I needed to do a hard reset
    • The 3rd person asked, "Well, didn't you back up your data before doing the hard reset
    • I have also, done a hard reset with out it being any better.
    • I reached out toSamsung support and they said I would have to do a hard reset meaning clearing and reinstalling the app and reloading the playlist/songs
    • The 2nd one told me I needed to do a soft reset, proceeded to walk me through it... and walked me through a hard reset which obviously deleted all my data, my custom watch faces, and my settings
