Good sound just not worth the price if they don't last.
Great low price option , great sound and battery last long
Can't imagine a better headset, and the price is really great.
The Samsung Level U delivers great sound at a great price.
Some people suggested 3rd party ear gels for about $11, but that would raise the price I paid to $41, and the antenna would still suck, as would the neck collar design and button layout.
The only downside is the buds are not as comfortable in ear as hoped
They sound really great and the retractable ear buds are really nice
After trying more expensive wireless ear buds from; Skullcandy Smokin Buds 2, LG Tone Ultra, JBL Everest 100(which pains me because I love my JBL speakers), and Sony
Fits well, I like the ear buds as they are comfortable for me
I really liked these, and I'm upset that the buds went bad so fast.
I love these headphones as they are so lightweight that you could forget that you're wearing it
It didn't bother me much as for $30 I don't expect STELLAR sound quality
Too easily broken the product isn't build very cheap material the plactic split "cripe
so they don't stay stuck against each other with moderate movement.-The flexible pieces that go around your neck are attached via hard plastic to the battery part and they will break but the flexible material surrounding it does not allow it to break off.
Super cheap material and Samsung won't even replace it because it's "damaged."BTW my fitbit Surge, at a much higher price point, started to crack in places and the company fully replaced it – without question
fit my ears great, lots of sizes to choose from (loved the smaller wing ear buds), good build quality, but only problem was they couldnt keep a consistent BT connection with my S6 - another samsung product i thought would work well with, and one reason i bought them

This was great for several months but less than s year after purchase it just stopped working
The main reason I sent the last one back, was that while wearing this, any slight turn of my head, the headphone would fall out of my ears
And then, the ear gels began to loose and finally one of them was lost on my way riding
RIGHT(R) rubber on BOTH EARPHONES when they should be RIGHT
I constantly drop calls and l they are spotty at best unless you stand in 1 place even with my phone in my pocket
It didn't bother me much as for $30 I don't expect STELLAR sound quality
ear gels are terrible, fall out, and don't seal* neck collar is weighted at the back, not front, so it falls backwards, which pulls on the loose earbuds* stiff wires push earbuds out of ears if the wires contact clothing like a jacket collar* power switch location is out of reach when headset is being worn* sound is still reasonableIf I had paid more than $30, I would return them.
With any background noise i am unable to hear the music the earbuds don't fit tight into the ears
Very uncomfortable to wear and does not cancel out background noise
They are always fully charged when I use them so I dont understand the background noise
These Samsung Level U earbuds work fine, clear sound, light weight and probably the most comfortable in the ear I've ever had
The sound level is lower, the fit of the earbuds is not as comfortable as the U wing tips and in general doesn't feel you're getting anything for the price difference your paying
i used it everyday since i brought it and it has been working great, however sometimes when my phone is left in pocket, static begins and the connection ins't as great
Sounds like it has low connection when my phone is in my pocket while walking
I literally have to stand with my phone in hand to get a decent (not great but DECENT) connection
They loose connection while I'm speaking on the phone and the only thing you can do is turn them off and back on
constantly lose connection I have had to even reboot my phone and go back in and pair the devices all over
Had the retractable ones but they broke; I liked them a lot except they broke

Totally adequate for providing a soundtrack during other activities, but I wouldn't choose these if I were going to sit down and dedicate myself to music listening (use over-the-ear studio quality cans or a good stereo system for that). The buds are comfortable but they do feel like their about to fall out a lot of the time, even though they haven't.
The only complaint I have with them is all the weight is on the back, the front is very light, so they fall back a lot, they don't fall off, just back enough to make it annoying sometimes
the ear buds that come with it are weird but cool, and it's got a LOT better volume than I was expecting from a pair of headphones
It's hard to get open and closed and the plastic just isn't very strong
My right front plastic section has separated from the silicone.
I had to exchange them within a month because they separated in the middle where the flexible rubber meets the hard plastic
Only complaint is that it breaks easily from the hard plastic that sits around your neck connected to the rubber piece that extends down the side of your neck(best way I can describe)
As others have mentioned on here, the part of the neck band where the plastic meets the rubber broke (approximately a month ago)
Call clarity is wonderful, I can talk on the phone in a loud shop environment
They work great for quiet environments and the locking ear buds are awesome at keeping them in your ear.
I can see this as a pro or a con depending on the situation but while the earbud will stay in place very firmly with the rubber ear crevice, the bud itself does not make a great seal in the ear, as a result you'll find the volume needs to be turned up higher in louder environments but at the same time, when music is paused, you can leave the buds in and hear everything around you almost as clearly as if they were removed
They are adequate, I just couldn't seem to get mine to be loud enough in noisier environments
RIGHT(R) rubber on BOTH EARPHONES when they should be RIGHT
The actual earbuds are a bit uncomfortable at first, but soften in time
sound is a bit quieter than I expected and the rubber pieces that cover the buds WILL fall off but battery life is good and it charges fast and there also light around your neck

I love the fit, they could be a bit louder, the factory supplied Samsung wired headphones that came with my Galaxy S7 are louder and sound slightly better sounding, but these are close
I was a bit skeptical on the "necklace" design, but since it was the only option for a ear bud (vs. ear plug
