Very reliable for watching DVD or burning CD or DVD

We have burned about 50 CD and it burns them as good as the first one!

Very nice external CD drive

No one really uses optical drives anymore except for that occasional "I need to burn a CD because my car doesn't have an aux port" or the even more rare Red Box rental

immediately identified it and was able to upload. tried to burn a CD with error message each of 3 attempts with new CDS.

Only took a few minutes to burn a CD and so far no issues with corruption

Burn times are also very good and this drive does a good job at not making errors when burning a CD or DVD

For an inexpensive little CD drive, I am quite satisfied with this product

I inserted the same audio CD into a windows machine and it ripped

It did not read my CD's because it was broken or was not compatible with my macbook air.

Rarely can I get it to rip an entire CD of contents without getting an error message.

I have burned some data CDs and DVDs and they worked fine when I used them in other drives ( They did not become coasters!)
