The price is great, I think the burning process was maybe a little on the slow side, but I have it plugged into a 4 port USB extension, not directly into a USB port on the computer

I filed a BBB complaint against Samsung asking they either honor their own warranty, provide contact information for someone else who would honor the warranty, provide a replacement, or refund my purchase price.
