I got this solid state drive (SSD) to review through the Amazon Vine program.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this drive for any laptop as you would be putting your data at risk if lost or stolen

I've had this solid state drive now for over a couple of months now, and it has worked flawlessly.

SSD's no longer need this marketing ploy repeated by consumers who heard it from advertising, I would use a SSD even if I lost 15 minutes use

Great SSD with 10 years warranty and bought at sale price.

However, by the 4th day of usage, the SSD failed right before 27 Nov, US thanksgiving weekend, during a final paper

Very nice SSD, fast and reliable, easy installation and great write speed.

The SanDisk Extreme PRO SSD has blown me away in terms of performance, and the 10 year warranty is exceptional

The warranty is what really snagged me.

I also appreciate the commitment to quality by SanDisk with their exceptional 10 year warranty.

This drive is amazingly fast, and the price wasn't that bad

(Note that my computer is old enough that it only supports SATA-2, which limits my retrieval speed to only 3.0Gb/s

When the drive works as advertised, the speed is still great

The bootup speed is always faster and in general the systems that I have put SSD in have faster response time.

So in reality, this is an "additional" hard drive for your computer but has a faster flow speed than a normal hard drive

right at 8 seconds on my gaming desktop which has an FX-9590 AMD processor on an Asus ROG Crosshair V Formula Z motherboard with 16gb of G-Skill Trident Z DDR 3 2400mhz memory and of course 2 of these extreme pro's running in raid 0 and I topped it off with an EVGA GTX 980 ti hybrid for video

SanDisk has always had a reputation for quality products and this SSD is no exception.

Sandisk recommends a different free cloning software but mine worked perfectly.

When this happens you immediately should test the product to ensure it performs as it should and that it's not a cheap knockoff with poor performance

But as we all know, the performance is not so important

It will be one of the best performance boosts that you can do.

It also employees a lot of firmware techniques that allow you to tweak trim settings, etc in order to get the most performance out of it (this software does not work on OS

Poor performance can also be cause by using an old spec

well got disk and installed there dashboard was told it comes with onetime

My Seagate 7200 3-TB hard disk drive which is Enterprise class reads and writes at 180MB/
