Very fast transfer work very good with my pixel c tablet
Slow transfer speeds, much less then advertised
As an engineering major, I needed fast transfer speeds to move around files from NX10, AutoCAD, Solid works, etc, and this flash drive gets the job done.
Uploading it to dropbox or drive was slow, I was looking for a faster way, this it it
No way to attach to a key chain or lanyard, other than this, it seems kinda cheap and the sliding mechanism isn't robust
and I love the way the connectors pull in when you're not using it.
I do not normally post reviews, but when devices or things surprise you in unexpected ways, I feel that is something that needs to be written about and shared with the masses.
It's a thumb drive that you can plug into your computer like every other thumb drive, but you can slide it the other way and it works with your phone
It is pretty much like a regular usb flashdrive, hoewver this one gets pretty hot, the thing I like though is the versatility to use it with devices that have a usb c and then trasnfer files to usb 3.0Reading and Writting speed is very average.
It's also got one of those stupid things where the connector slides out of the body and when you try to plug it in it
This thing read 120-130 Degrees from a few min into the encryption till the end, so hot it kinda burns you to touch it
The only bad thing is i have to take the case off of my phone to plug it in, which isnt too big of a deal
The type-c end makes the whole thing get so hot that I would advise caution in touching it afterwards.
useless.2) HOT HOT HOT - I've Never had a Drive that gets warm let alone hot
The read performance of this flash drive is perfect for on drive activity and receives an even better than 150MB/s reading at all times
This drive worked both for my vacations, road trips as well as to copy pictures and other data to my phone
The flash drive works as advertised (I haven't bothered checking for speeds), but my reason for not giving it five stars is because of how hot it gets.
Did not work with Android pixel phone as advertised.
The only time you get USB 3.1 speeds is reading, which it excels at, but to be able to read something from it in the first place, you first have to write onto it at incredibly slow speeds
The drive is of good build quality and works as expected with great speeds!
As others stated, the writing speed is somewhat slow but anyway an awesome and reliable device
Looking for a flash drive with USB-A and USB-C, with good speed and this is just perfect
I use this for working on files at school, and the speed has not yet been an issue for student use
It can be a bit difficult to keep track of, especially since it is smaller than some of my other flash drives, but having a particular storage spot solves this problem
The fit with the USB-C port is a bit loose, but I would attribute that to differences in the depth of USB-C ports which should be accounted for.
Downsides are that the metal on the sides scratches easily and the hardware wobbles a little bit as if the parts weren't tightened all the way down if that makes sense.
useless.2) HOT HOT HOT - I've Never had a Drive that gets warm let alone hot
Very Pleased, as I transition from USB to USB C computers.
