I'd have to say that Sangean has made an excellent clock radio with lots of great features!

This clock radio is absolutely the most full featured, easiest to use device ever

Most were missing features such self setting clock (atomic Clock) and controllable clock illumination

For example, the IPHONE has a lot of great features and functionality, but it is not the best cell phone I have ever used.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants a quality clock radio with great reception and features at a good price.

I was very impressed by this radio - it has great sound, works with the iPhone4, and has a lot of very good features (including RDS detection).

The Bad-The HWS (Human Wake System) feature that starts the alarm quiet and gradually increases volume does work for the radio alarm, but it reaches full volume in about 5 seconds and I have yet to discover how to change this.

Also, the two alarms are a great feature.

This unit has some great features, great sound quality, when you set an alarm it will not wake you up with a shout, it will start quietly and gently will increase the volume to whatever level you set it to

Another great feature is that when listening to the radio, it tells you not only the station info for what you're listening to, but also the name of the song and artist that's playing as well...very cool in my book, for a small-ish radio such as this one

I previously had an iHome (purchased 5 years ago) and this definitely has better sound, better volume control (the volume knob started failing on my iHome after a couple of years of normal use), better radio reception and better features

The integrated atomic clock is a nice feature and one that we missed entirely and really like is the RDS capability that scrolls the name of the station and/or the song/artist that is playing at the time
