I had some reservations but bought them anyway because the price was right and crossed my fingers that all would work out

I have been purchasing sauder furniture for years, it looks great and is easy to assemble, this book shelf is a perfect accent to the larger full size model and the price is really great

They look nice, are pretty sturdy, and they are a good price

I chose the right one for my room and the price was totally worth it.

Particle board is absolutely horrible for storing heavy objects (which I learned the hard way by storing binders and textbooks on particle board shelves that kept falling apart due to all the weight), but if you just want to store some light objects, use them as a display, or maybe for novels, it's a great buy

I bought this a while back and it still elegantly stands in my bedroom and was a great buy!

It's not the sturdiest but for the price it's a good buy.

The assembly was a bit annoying, and the pieces were annoying to put together

I made the necessary adjustment, but the unit doesn't sit properly when put next to the other one I bought, and the top shelf is loose instead of snug

My one complaint is that the back is more like cardboard than wood but the shelf is fine, it holds my books and looks just fine.

The only issue is if you have a lot of tall books or magazines, you will really only be able to use one section for those as there isn't enough room to do two and have the third shelf be usable.

i would recommend this shelf cuz i found it to be very easy to put together and very sturdy

The darker color makes it look and feel like its a better quality bookshelf than it really is

If you need a decent quality bookshelf but aren't trying to spend a whole lot of money, look no further.

There are so many scratches on the surfaces and the quality is really not that great

As I bought 2 more after seeing how good the first one was, obviously I recommend this if you are looking for a quality yet inexpensive bookshelf.-D

This is exactly what I was looking for - a small, cheap bookshelf to put in my bedroom

The bookshelf was very strong to be able to hold several large textbooks and severe regular books

I purchased this in "cherry" color - it arrived and the box said "cherry cinnamon" but the actual color of the furniture is very dark and more like espresso - nothing like what you expect cherry colored furniture to be or even what color "cinnamon" is

Nice, dark wood color.

Its a real dark wood look so makes it a perfect match for the walnut walls and brown and black furniture that it sits among.

The "wood" is weak as well, and bows in the middle when one puts books on them.
