No missing pieces, nothing damaged, everything fit together exactly as it should.

I realize that quality wise I'm getting what I'm paying for, but I wouldn't expect missing parts and additional (unknown) waiting time

I'm very disappointed with this build and the missing/unusable parts.

Instructions weren't very clear, it was missing some stools, and just too complicated

Came with missing parts and broken and the box was open !!!

The trim on the bottom arrived broken as well as missing a screw and the latch to attach it to the wall for security

I ordered 6 of these units as an alternative to built-in shelving for a room we are using as a library.3 out of the 6 units we received had a damaged "M" piece -- that's the rounded molding on either side of the open shelves

Also this time one of the wood pieces was cracked 4 inches up the side of the piece (M)

I read several reviews about the assembly time and it was not as bad as I though it would be.
