I have only used it briefly and so far it's great: heats up under a minute, roller works well, and the laminated page comes out clean and doesn't curl or roll up.

Love the reverse button too, I use it just in case I need to re-adjust/ straighten the tags/labels I am laminating and move them slightly just before they are set through the laminator

The base does get very warm after laminting a large job and takes a while to cool down once turned off, so I just let it sit out for 30 minutes before storing.
