These small tubes are more than one use unless you have a large project but at least if the open one dries out you can open a new one and have not lost the whole large tube!
Tiny tubes are nice for people like me who only use it twice a year.
So many times I have just one tiny thing that needs a drop of glue, and I waste a whole big tube of it
The tubes are each marked one time use but even if the remainder of the opened tube dries it's worth it since large bottles dry up too.
I find the individual glue tube much easier to handle and use.
