The sena 10s is a great Bluetooth communicator for the everyday rider.

but the phone calls are clearer then my bluetooth in my car!

Based on my experience with Sena, I do not recommend their products.

I’m really impressed with how easy this product was to install and to use.

Phone navigation can't overtake FM radio to provide directions (lower on the priority list since it's a2dp).

The sound is pretty decent but the set up is quite obnoxious and the adhesive provided isn't great

It's basically like going to car with only fm radio and blown speakers to having a factory installed bluetooth capable sound system

The Sena 10S system is by far the best sounding system, excluding earplugs which hurt after a few hours of riding, that I have had.

I much prefer the old system where you could hear your own voice and that of the other communicator as an open mike setup

This system does not work for ME.

very good com system easy to operate, instructions are vague, use youtube to learn to operate completely.

The 10s has great speakers that a lot of people think are louder than the 20s

Sounds a little tinny, and i blew a speaker but thats my own damn fault

You have to keep your hand on the wires going into the base for the right speaker to work

I tightened the retaining screws too tight and it cut off audio to the right speaker

Too much pressure in or out will cause the unit to lose one speaker or another or get "crackly" or cut out all together.

Really an amazing communication device.

Just wanted to give everyone insight before they make their purchase on this overpriced device

This is the best Bluetooth device I've ever used

If you already have the SMH10, I would recommend hanging onto it, just because the 10s is so expensive right now.

I was super displeased with the Sena 10S.

I love loud music n at times have to turn it down because of my ears are ringing

I like the FM espect as well as music play back from my phone

Music sounds great, a nice upgrade from the SMH10 model.

Nice item, I wear hearing aids, intercom plenty loud, music hard to hear at speed

I find it hard to hear or to interface with my phone above about 45 miles an hour, if you have a helmet that produces a lot of noise it's hard to hear even at full volume so by the time you get off your bike your ears are ringing from the turbulence noise as well as the music if you listen like I do.

Altogether the 10s is an amazing unit and i recommend it to anyone who rides a motorcycle

It isn't that this unit is bad, but the fact that Sena has an option that's less than half the price makes this a really tough sell

Overall I think this is a good unit and will serve one well if they are mainly interested in phone/GPS/intercom

The unit seems very stable on my helmet when fully clicked in but I worry that an errant tug on the locking tab might cause the unit to come loose and go bye-bye

Maybe I just have a defective unit, but my complaint is not uncommon for the 10s and the 20s from what I've seen

Crystal clear speakers and you can hear them over wind noise with a nicer helmet

With the faceshield open at 60 mph, they could hear a little but of wind noise on my end, but not enough to be distracting or prevent them from understanding my every word.

One guy had an open helmet, so we had a lot of wind noise from his unit, but the other people using full face helmets were great reception and communication.

This comm system is great, even at 70 mph on the interstate my wife can still hear me without wind noise or interference.

Combined with earplugs the listening experience is MUCH improved as wind noise competes drastically with the audio

Just a tiny little clip is all that is holding it to the helmet and now it's essentially useless since it doesn't stick on the helmet

A little Low on sound volume (even with boost) and bass, Poor install instructions, weak upper clip on main unit

The main complaint I have is the method to attach the actual device to the modual attached to the helmet is just a small clip and it snapped off today when I was removing to charge
