The cups are soft and they are a massive improvement over the fake leather on my previous headset

instead of the amazing leather-wrapped heavenly marshmallows in the ZEROs

The sound is great, the mic is great, they are comfortable, the plush ear covers are far more comfortable than fake/leather ones (and they never peel, like the fake/leather ones do).Problem is, after nearly 2 years of use I can hear a rattle

I prefer these cloth or felt type of ear pads over the fake leather or that synthetic material you find on other headsets

They also didn't sound as good, and the fake leather started to peel

The cords that came with the headset have bent at the connector to the headphones, which I'm not fond of, and am not too worried as it hasn't impacted the sound quality nor overall performance.
