These headphones do a great job of blocking outside noise
They also do a pretty good job of blocking out external noise
The headphones do a very good job of blocking outside noise so you won't hear anything except the headphones
In the small classroom where I work, five other students are often talking or using relatively noisy hand tools; I find that the 202s do an excellent job attenuating the noise and let me focus on the work in front of me.
These headphones have excellent sound quality, and do a good job of eliminating outside noise, considering how inexpensive they are.
The sound is very good, and for the price they are a great value.
Delivers good sound quality and an overall great value.
Awesome headphones with a loo...ng chord - a great benefit over others where u always have to take care that ur chord doesn't get ripped off its joint
The 201's were great value and really punched above their weight for an entry-level set of phones, but for a few extra dollars these are worth the small upgrade
I would recommend these to anyone looking for great sound and good value!!
But these are the best damn deal in headphones I've ever seen
This isn't a big deal unless you spend hours at a time listening, but due to the closed, fairly tight seal, these may irritate you after prolonged listening, especially if you wear glasses like me
i love the brand.. i love these headphones... and for the price, they ARE a good deal
The only thing that annoys me (as with the 201s) is the very long cord
The ear cups are too small and the fit is tight, so your ears start hurting as they are being mashed against your head.
They work as long as you don't listen to loud music, has been my experience.
If you want really good headphones at a great price that can play loud music through a pretty broad range, then buy these and be happy that you're getting such a good deal!
I recommend them if you love your music, want good clear sound, and something that is comfortable!
she finds these comfortable, however, I find the music to be very loud with these headphones on - I don't know the official terms for
As for the sound, I love my music but am no audiophile.
All in all I would recommend these headphones as they sound great and they're very affordable for some headphones of this quality.
I tend to be a tough critic, but these headphones get a well-deserved five stars from me, and I would definitely recommend them.
The ear cups are also kind of small so these barely qualify as "over the ear" headphones
The only reason I'm rating these 3 stars is that they hurt my ears
I am using it with my iPod and the sound is really good, it may not be as good as in a $200 pair of headphones but it is still quite pleasant to be in a bubble when you are listening to your music

Pros: Sound, price, comfort, look, long cord, belt clip attachmentCons: Still cheap plastic (I mean for the price it's decent), long cord sometimes a bit of a pain to wind and unwind on attachment.
The are made of good quality plastic and pleather, and seem to be relatively durable, provided you don't treat them too badly
It looked like it had cheap plastic, and would break if bent.
Pros - very good sound quality, really long chord, good noise isolation
The price (less than US25) is very good for what you get: famous Sennheiser sound quality, balanced frequencies and good noise isolation
I am using it with my iPod and the sound is really good, it may not be as good as in a $200 pair of headphones but it is still quite pleasant to be in a bubble when you are listening to your music
These sound good, have good noise isolation, and are really comfortable, I'd be happy with this performance in headphones at twice this price.
The noise isolation is good, however, they don't block out excessive noise and would not be recommended for airplane travel, etc
After a long period of time wearing them, your ears start to hurt.
They're comfortable too, except my ears get hot wearing them
The ear cups fit my head and ears very well, and I am able to wear for an extended period
they were very comfortable and didn't hurt my ears at all
However if you don't place the headphone quite right over your ears you can hear the sound quality difference between your left and right ear, which sometimes can be an annoyance
Using the Windows Media Player equalizer, I can make them sound nearly as good as the Sony MDR 7506
It's certainly great for headphones under $25, and definitely better than the terrible earbuds that come with an iPod.
I wanted over-ear headphones, since my earbuds were quite uncomfortable
every site i found rated these as the best over ear headphones for the price if your looking for good earbuds go with skullcandy ink'd earbuds if price is not an issue and your willing to blow ALOT on the best over ear headphones you can buy then dont buy these buy the sennheiser HD 800
I am using it with my iPod and the sound is really good, it may not be as good as in a $200 pair of headphones but it is still quite pleasant to be in a bubble when you are listening to your music
Ear cups provide good suppression of ambient noise and comfort for long listening sessions
They have been worn for extended periods of time listening to music as well as
I'm not positive as to the sound quality at higher sound levels, as I don't tend to listen to music that loud, but at the level I had it(about 50% volume), the quality was perfect
All in all I would recommend these headphones as they sound great and they're very affordable for some headphones of this quality.
The ear cups are also kind of small so these barely qualify as "over the ear" headphones
I've only had it nine months and the cheap wire has frayed insulation, and the ear piece tends to fall off.
Would be nice if there was a way to shorten the lead wire.
They have used very fine, cheap wire enclosed in thin, cheap fabric with no reinforcement, at the points that most need to be strong
Likely loose wire connections (sometimes jiggling the wires fixes the sound temporarily).
I have treated the headphones gently, so this should not happen and it wouldn't if they had used decent gauge wire and reinforcement where the wires join to the headphones
