Bluetooth, decent battery life, active noise cancellation and very reasonable price make for a compelling product.

My only gripe is the feel of the included wire, they feel a bit cheap, but I shouldn't complain about this considering this primarily a Bluetooth unit with a great price point

These are nice headphones -- my first pair of really good headphones.

The sound quality on these headphones is on par with my 280HD pros from yore, but the first set I got had a manufacturing defect, and after RMAing it, the second pair of these headphones that I received had a different mechanical problem

The cable jacks, especially the headphone jack and receptacle fit like a bad pair of shoes

the Ear Cushions are not muchbreathable at all, if you wear these for over 15-20 minutes in an ambient that is not very well cooled, your ears will start feeling very hot, but no worries: you can find compatible Ear Cushions that are a lot more fresh to wear longer term
