I bought these from Best Buy last summer of 2013 for an video gig I was on

My issue with bose has always been that their displays at Best Buy have never let you listen to the Bose AE2/OE2 through your own audio source

Well check this out, I go into a Best Buy and try out headphones

I bought a pair of these from Best Buy in 2013, believing the hype based on reviews on

One day I was in Best buy with my Sennheiser HD203 Closed-Back DJ Headphones that I had purchased in January of 2013 and that I had owned for at least 6-7 months

These probably aren't even stocked anymore, but I just had to proclaim that these are a fantastic value

Next time around I'm likely to go with something premium and durable, or try out another real value deal, like the famous Koss Porta Pros.

I bought these when they were $25, and at that price, this is a great value

They have a very rich, and FULL, sound I always like, especially for music.

I think Sennheiser's high-end ($400-700) headphones are really amazing, so I was happy that their budget line were a good value.

Overall, these headphones are a great deal for the price

Bottom line is, don't buy these if they're much over $35, but otherwise they're a pretty good deal.

Great deal for very little money, sound quality is excellent, build is robust but a little clumsy to carry it around

First of all I can't complain cause I picked these headphones for $10.99 so considering the price it was a good deal

I think, given time, the cushions will soften and overall comfort will be excellent

The sound is phenomenal and comfort is better than my Bose QC2's

The comfort is a bit better than the 150s, only because the ear pads on the 203s are a bit thicker and more rounded

Compared to the headphones I've mentioned , these have superior comfort , appearance , decent built quality (although the plastic is a bit flimsy-looking) , and fairly good sound , although I think my sony's sounded a bit better

They have a beautiful wide soundstage with excellent instrument separations...very enjoyable, which brings me to the CONS: COMFORT..... for about the first 45min. of listening not too bad, but then the pain comes!!

The EQ is very well balanced meaning these headphones give an accurate depiction of how the music was intended to sound

They really sound that good!Bass is not overpowering but definitely ample and well balanced, but the mids and highs are really what is so impressive on

these are well made, have great sound, and are the right price.

The price is very well worth it compared to consumer brands like Beats by Dre and Skull Candy which are overpriced and don't give an accurate depiction of the sound (example boosting the bass)

I've owned a set of Bose QC2's and have tested the Beats by Dre headphones and there is no way I'd buy either of those over this set of headphones again simply because neither of them sound any better and the price you pay for either pay is outrageous when you compare what kind of performance you get out of these 203's.

Have not purchased a more expensive product to compare this to, but I don't really see a reason to.

So, now I am stuck with a poor quality product that is virtually of no use :-(Lesson learned: Check warrantly of the product and avoid buying from Amazon if the return window is too short.

Too bad - bad design ruins an otherwise decent product once again.

The bass is amazing, and the sound is so crisp, and all in headphones.

as I find the louder it is, the bassier the sound is - and I love my bass

The bass is great and sounds perfectly balanced, not overly "boosted" as some headphones do.

well, this headphones have a greate sound, nice bass, nice mids, the highs they don't steal the show

Great for most types of music, good bass without being overpowering to the mids/highs.

I can take my finger and rub the cord while wearing the phones and while listening to soft passages the music is obscured

You can hear details you had not noticed before (if using "normal" headphones) and you can really enjoy your music

These are probably a great buy for someone who likes to feel pain as they listen to sad music or to torture others or who lost his outer ear to a fire or chemical burn, or if they simply never grew after their third birthday - certainly not for those of us with normally sized ears

I think a video game is a good thing to test headphones with, with a huge range of cinimatics as well as music, video games put headphones to their test

I use them at my work desk to drown out the background noise and the weird guy next to me.

These headphones do not actively cancel out background noise, but do a fair job at blocking out the background noises.

Even though these headphones really hurt my ears, I still really enjoyed using them

One thing I don't like is that it hurts my ears after some time

The ear pads snugly hug the ears so the top plastic part doesn't have to mash down on the dome

Sometimes though, they hurt your ears if you don't put them on right, but they can fit your ears and break in fine.

They fit over my head comfortably however my ears start to hurt after wearing them for a long period of time.

However, they seem to be holding up, and they're quite a bit more comfortable than I expected

Excellent buy and no regrets per se, but those with spectacles(like myself) may find it a bit uncomfortable after some time and would need to take a break

though I won't deny for some these could probably feel very tight on the sides of the head, I feel it a bit though not enough to be a bother

At times they do tend to hurt a bit on the top of your ears and you might have to readjust them from time to time

Just a comment: after a period of time (one hour) they are a bit uncomfortable

Made from cheap plastic, I could see that the first time they were put under any physical stress something was bound to break

I have enough of a hard time not getting a lanyard hanging out of my pocket caught on just about everything I walk by, so not sure what a 10 foot cable will be like

the detail you hear in these low end phones is unbelievable, its like hearing all music for the fist time, i hear things i DIDN'T know existed
