I have had NO JAMMING with this shredder but did test the button and it worked as it should, sending the sheets back out

For most paper shredders you have to lift of the top (and heavy) shredder unit and empty the bucket on which it sits.
Based on my experience, I do recommend this unit for the home and home office.
This unit you simply slide the waste bucket out from the plastic frame and empty it, leaving no mess at all.
