Wish I could post zero stars device will only connect through ethernet but product says works wirelessly

I HATE THIS PRODUCT

After trying 2 other products and not working with my dual router that has 5G and 4G mode for wireless, I decided to take a chance with this one for the only reason that I saw it has Ethernet cable too

The product was easy to install and connect to WiFi
