Lower rating due to unable to use pump bottle and extreme difficulty getting product out of bottle.

The pump is also unforgiving.

Product was missing its pump and already opened????

didnt rly make my hair curl, the pump is hard to use, and the bottle is small so it didnt last

but I am upset because the pump came broken

It’s thick so you might have trouble pumping it, but I prefer a pump

The only complaint I have is that the pump makes it VERY difficult to dispense.

It’s better than using no conditioner at all , but I have seen better , also the pump isn’t one bit efficient!It delivers tiny amounts which is a waste of time if you have long hair .Also the amount isn’t enough for it to be worth the price

but I have to give it four stars because the pump stopped working with half of the container still full.

The pump did not work and the bottle is not great( same type of bottle for their body lotion) but the product is great

The biggest problem I ran into with this product is the pump- if you have thick, long hair you will find yourself pumping many times as it only distributes a small amount each time

And, the pump broke after a few uses.

Love the smell and thickness of the conditioner but the pump is useless

I gave 2 stars because the pump on the bottles are damaged
