VERY nice unit

Not pleased at all the first time using it the hose formed a huge bubble, the unit its self is very loud do to poor hardware and construction of the handle and plate that holds the different tips, and lastly the motor is hard to pull almost as if the motor is about to seize

Authorized dealer one state away, diagnosed problem as dirt in the pump which disabled unit

I gave it 4 stars because I like that the unit is compact and easy to move around.

I know I paid extra for the Honda engine - but if you're not handy with gasoline engines, this unit might not be for you.

I have a Karcher 2000psi unit and this Simpson "blows it away"

Its a real shame because as I said the unit actually works quite well.

My last unit had a Honda engine and it blew after about 5 uses - I'm going to have to find something with a different engine.

Unit arrives with no oil in the motor, and warnings not to start it till you add the oil that came in a plastic bottle, which was bagged in plastic in the box with the device.

IT's a very compact and maneuverable unit.

The Honda engine did start on the first or second pull as expected (Key Buying Factor based on owning other power equipment with Honda small engines); however, after trouble shooting the unit directly with Simpson they determined that the "mixing valve" was the problem.

I have the Simpson 3200 psi pressure washer and while the unit itself is great, this hose (which it comes with) is very hard to use

Just make sure you do NOT run the pump dry!!Finally, this unit is easy to move around (except for the length of the handle.), the build quality seems very good, the design is superior to most other washers, and it's performance is excellent

After reading about the difficulties that many buyers of this model pressure washer have had dealing with Simpson's customer service, I set out to see if I could return the defective unit I received to Amazon, since it is still within 30 days of having received it.

The unit was easy to asemble and I was presure cleaning within minutes of delivery.

Today, I was power washing my carport and the unit was running great and all of sudden a loud explosion occurred, drop in pressure, and then no water was coming out of wand
