I really like: the size and weight of the unit, not bulky or heaving; the sound - decent speakers and no echo; the lights; and the way the songs/videos pull up on our TV (hooked up via USB cord).

Fortunately, it does comes with an 8GB flash drive that's already got a couple of karaoke songs on it (MP4 video format), along with a code for 10 free songs at the Stingray Karaoke Store ($2 each, so a $20 value)
The Stingray store has a decent selection (even had a couple of Social Distortion songs for daddy, as well as the Frozen songs my girls just had to have), so that's a nice bonus

It's much easier just to choose and "purchase" the 10 free songs on the website where the glitch is not present, and then attempt just the download part on the visually glitchy program.
