the signal is now crystal clear with no interference.the only thing that upset me was sirius not telling me sooner about the product or having it come with the radio..Great product!

My satellite radio is crystal clear 100% of the time now

I still have full FM and AM radio and when I power on the SIRIUS received it cuts out normal reception and when tuned to the same frequency as the SIRIUS receiver I get crystal clear reception now.

Now I get crystal clear SiriusXM sound with no static at all and never have to change the FM station that my Onyx EZ is set to.

Quick and easy set up in my 05' cavalier with crystal clear satellite radio now

If you want a crystal clear satellite signal to your receiver this is what you need

then you plug the wire from the box into your radio and then plug the small plug(this plug will not work with an ipod/iphone headphone jack won't fit it's to small) in to your siriusxm powerconnect car dock and you will have crystal clear radio as if you have plugged your radio into an aux port

Once the two radios are in sync, you will hear crystal clear reception with NO static or other anamolies which exist with regular terrestrial radio

My original unit put out an FM signal that was just sufficient to play over the car radio; I found a station that usually worked, and just got used to fact that the sound wasn't great, and was somewhat static-y, and that I had to search for different stations when I went to a different area (even to other parts of town).My old unit died and the new one could barely be picked up on the radio, so I searched around and found this adapter

Not 100% perfect as I do get dropped stations here and there, but 99% better than a tape player or over-the-air radio.

But totally worth it sound is just as good as if you had a built in AUX cord from the factory
