It would keep your phone very safe, I just prefer a slimmer profile.

It also protects your camera with a little extra clearance so it won’t get scratched up if you drop it

I personally am not a fan worried it’ll crack open if it falls on floor on one of the sides or cornersIt does protect the screen if it falls flat and back well

On the front it has a slight raise, enough to protect your screen from normal drops how ever it

This item was "Amazon's Choice" in iPhone XR pre-order weekend (10/19, and 10/20), and came out at the top Amazon search result for "iPhone XR full body case".Well, unlike other full body case, this doesn't come with front cover at all, meaning my new iPhone XR screen will not be protected., so I returned it immediately
