It's a very good pc with really nice specs for the price
Totally worth the money, its specs are better than anything else at the price ($850) and its even better or equal to some more expensive ones ($1k-$1.5k).

I tried customer support twice and no one seems to answer
Overall I rate this machine 5 (except for outstanding audio issue), but give this company a big fat 1 star due to poor customer support
Blue screens, poor customer support from Skytech, and you may not get the components advertised
However Skytech has forced my unfiltered opinion out after the lack of customer support

so even if this machine is slightly to expensive for you then go for the $839
Overall this is a great machine and I highly recommend it.
Not a bad machine for a basic gaming setup
Originally had a issue with them and they fixed it very quickly.. and might i add that the company offers amazing support on top of an amazing machine, plays every game on ultra even on the wrong model
