Volume and power buttons are too stiff

The buttons were nice and tactile

Nice case, I read a few comments about the volume it button being hard to press, due to the case

more importantly the buttons felt like buttons!On this case the volume buttons feel okay, but the power button is terrible

I used it for a while and the buttons were still a little stiff, but I loved everything else about the case - the side grips are great, the wallet feature is wonderful, and it's protected my phone completely with a few drops here and there

But the buttons on the side are difficult to push

but it’s also way too stiff, particularly the button covers!

This time, while the case is fine (maybe a bit tighter than necessary to put in/out, but that’s okay), the buttons for volume control & power are so stiff it’s ridiculous!!

Wireless charging does not work with the case, but that’s not something I care about anyways!I still give this case 4 starts because it deserves it, the only negative is that button!

The buttons are hard to press but work ok.

So when the side buttons continued to be an issue, I reached out to the company again and let them know that the buttons were still a problem, and they sent another replacement, no questions asked, that was to me within days

However, the buttons are just as tough to push down

I almost never carry a purse but the con would be the buttons are very hard to press

The buttons on this case are insanely stiff and difficult to press

If you have hulk grip you might like this case for some reason, but the terrible button design had me sending it back immediately

Don’t really mind the stiff buttons

n’t lose all my credit cards with the Apple Magnetic wallet that detaches when pulling the Apple case and wallet together out of my pocket and the magnetic wallet ending up on the floor at the gas pump

n’t feel very responsive and you kind of have to push harder than last years model to lock it
