It's worth the extra money to get sturdier folders with the fasteners already attached.
These folders are sturdy, a different color so they are not mistaken for other types of files and are reasonably priced

I use them in real estate and they hold up to the abuse they go through (lugging them around in the car from house to house, throwing them in the backseat, etc)I love the fasteners on both sides

It was my error in not seeing that these folders have END tabs NOT third-cut top tabs.
