I would prefer a snap closure to the string (thus the 4 stars, I wish I could give 4.5 starts), but at this price the little bit of inconvenience from the string closure is no big deal
I do prefer the velcro closures but the string works very well
The string and button closure is more secure that the Velco or other methods I have tried.

These envelopes are made very well with good quality and just the right size
You know all those odd size papers that you get with a new device, well these folders keep everything together for easy access.
I like the velco closures a little better, just easier.
I really prefer the legal size over the letter size (which these were) as they give a little more room for use, but the legal size was not available in this configuration
