Sadly, the lack of support and/or easy way to unclog the grinder takes this rating down from five stars to three.

This is such a cute and pretty, and compact machine

Quiet, and a consistent grind every time

Ground coffee is cool and does not get warm or hot like every other grinder we have used

I buy grinders I expect to last 15 years, like my old Breville.
