Now this seems like a cool idea, as you can catch up to opponents easier by riding his or her turbulence.

In the rare CG cutscene, however, the visuals are very sharp, and look about as good as an animated movie (although nowhere near Pixar quality, of course).Still, during the cutscenes it doesn't really matter how good they look because of the dreadful storyline and horrible voice acting, which brings us to the area of sound
moments+ Survival Mode is pretty solid+ animated cutscenes look greatNegative:- TERRIBLE story starring even worse voice acting- outrageously short story (although that can be a good thing, too)- very few courses- no real sense of speed- too many things can happen that are out of your control- pit stopsTHE FINAL VERDICT: Sonic Riders has a cool concept and some fun moments, but that can't save it from the lack of control, general shortness, and plethora of frustrations

Officially one of my favorite racers on the game cube
Now this seems like a cool idea, as you can catch up to opponents easier by riding his or her turbulence.
Boosting barely increases your speed for more than a second, turning is a serious pain, you have to take pit stops, and riding turbulence (caused by other racers' boosts) causes too many frustrations that are out of your control

As far as the graphics are concerned, the tracks are very akin to the game F-Zero GX, which was also developed by Sega.

The most poor graphics of the game I have seen, are in the short tid bits that are between levels.
The graphics and the courses for the game are extremely wild, but also takes some familiarity towards F-Zero GX which Sega helped Nintendo create and develop a few years ago
The graphics as always are pretty cool and i love watching sonic do his spinning throughout the game.
over all a fair game.gameplay 8/10This game will suck u in and this is what i mean by this
earlier reviewer said knuckles emotes are hilarious he is rightooverall the graphics are pretty goodsound 10/10if ur like me and you like techno this musics got that techno feel to it which plzes me
If Sonic Rush has such great music, why can't they get any good music for a Gamecube exclusive

Normal Race is where the player can do a free race (1p-4p),Time Attack(1p only), and World Grand Prix(avaliable after story mode is complete).
The races are mildly exciting as you perform cool tricks and boost your way through the game's 7 courses, or 14 if you count the juiced up night versions of each
I can't tell you how many times I lost a race because I hit a
I was so relieved when I finished the races, only to realize I had another, harder race ahead
Now this seems like a cool idea, as you can catch up to opponents easier by riding his or her turbulence.
The story is so not Sonic-like, has so many ridiculous plot holes, and is so totally unfitting to a racing game that it's just a pain to watch, and the absolutely DREADFUL voice acting drags it even lower
