App works great on mobile devices and is very easy to setup and use

It is a terrible app and does not allow YouTube or many of the other things I would like to use speakers for

Sound quality is good and very nice to have it working in all rooms, but i dont know why it i so complicated and the app is a pain.

App is very user friendly as well.

As long as SONOS stays in business this shouldn't be an issue, but my concern is, over time, the loss of SONOS maintaining the app

The app is very easy to use, but i wish we can use the free spotify with these but as of right now you have to upgrade to the premium account to be able to use it.

The app is so easy to use and allows us to play different music in different rooms or all the same music which we do when we have guest.

I don't use music service sites but there are many through the great Sonos app for those that do.6

I do wish it would work with non-Apple podcast apps, Audible app, etc.

Worked ok until I had reset my router, then app said it couldn't connect

The only criticisms I would have of the Sonos system is that the app that you must use to play your music can be clunky, and while it integrates third party services (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.

Like most new things, has its own app that you have to play music through, which is redundant.

The music never stopped even though the app quit working.
