The internet on this is fast, and at $55 for a Wi-Fi model it's a steal
Had to return this because it wouldn't load Internet content like netflix.
I'm not sure about the network capabilities as we live in an area where we don't get very good internet, but the machine plays great.

Yet shortly after the 30 day return policy, the wireless capability quit working on my first one
The smart features work, so I could use it for streaming or something, but I already have a tiny portable Roku to do that, plus all my TVs are smart
This works great for blu-rays, but the interface is very slow
DVD works great, only issue happens when using Netflix or online services

the video and audio quality had zero issues, and the player its self worked great!
The device works well, however, the sound quality is not as good as the previous Sony Blue-ray player I purchased.
Good quality, love my last player of this model, so I bought a second one.

Although advertised as new and appeared to be, it came with a bit of paper suggesting that it was in fact a refurbished player... but it works as advertised, and I'm satisfied with it.

The Sony unit I bought with my new TV failed after about 14 months
Unit works great, turned my daughter's 32 inch tv into basically a smart tv!Has many apps like netflix Hulu youtube amazon prime,etc

All it says when I connect it to my TV is FORMAT NOT SUPPORTED and my TV is definitely upgraded enough to support it

First bad Sony experience, will try another Sony player.

This could be a great product, but the software is garbage, and the processor is way too slow( evidenced from the sluggish start up time), and why is this the only player that can crash/ lock up when streaming something as simple as a YouTube video?

This unit freezes all the time, and my daughter is consistently needed us to help her get Netflix running, wouldn't really recommend.
I have to unplug it because it freezes on sleepmode some time or it doesnt load the apps and stays frozen on one screen.
