Sony Dream Machine ICF-CD843V CD Clock Radio with Digital Tuner (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

    • We still have many devices which need to be set by hand twice a year: why, in the age of technology? If you should happen across an old Dream Machine at a good price, and these are features that would be useful to you, just be aware of the obsolete TV tuner; otherwise it will give you great service.
    • I use my best reception radio performer ever--my Grundig G4000, which I got on Amazon for $99, a very good price
    • I've had my Sony Dreammachine for over a year now, got it at a really great price at Target, and it's the best alarm clock I've ever had
    • Pros: Sleep and Nap functions are useful and easy to use, multiple alarm possibilities, lots of neat functionsCons: price, snooze button, volume control dial.
    • all wrapped up in a small space and reasonably priced
    • Amazon, as always, has a very competitive price (remember, this qualifies for FREE shipping). How pleased am I?
    • And the price for a new one is ridiculous.
    • Good Price, 2.
    • Pros - lots of settings & capabilities, sound is good, price is good, Cons - couldn't see display unless you are level with and directly in front of the unit
    • I could have spent alot more on other units - but the Sony is perfect and at a fantastic price of $49.99 I couldn't be happier.
    • Bad R&D from Sony
