The motor is too loud interfers with the music if u listen to a soothing CD, u hear the motor louder than the music

I have another brand of cd player and the cd's work fine in them; so, obviously there is a problem with this part of the Sony player.

Before I found this product, I wished I could find a CD alarm clock that was readable from across the room in the daytime, and very easy to set at night when I'm tired, and this one is exactly that.

CD lamp probably died.3 month warrantee, CD player dead at 6 months

I bought this as a gift because it was the only cd alarm clock that had a positive review

At long last a little CD player that doesn't break within the first 6 months of use!

But the CD has stopped working

The sound is clear, it plays CD-R & CD-RW, and its very easy to use (her 76 year old grandmother can use it).

I recently purchased several of these for our house, and of the four I purchased, 2 had CD players which did not work.

It looks like the CDs don't fit far down enough on the spindle and it keeps turning around while banging (?) against the CD.

The duel CD alarm clock is very sturdy with many features

SONY ... make this clock radio even better by putting in a shock resistant CD player and installing a headphone jack ... then you will have a real winner! :-)

The Sony ICF-CD815 is physically attractive, compact alarm clock/CD player

But as an alarm clock you can have it go off at 2 different times, with CD music or just the alarm - and then snooze for 10

Got this alarm clock to wake my wife to various CD's after our last two CD alarm clocks quit reliably playing CD's.

If you will use it as a CD player and alarm (waking up to the CD), it's fine.

I shopped both in physical stores and online for over a month before I found this cd/radio alarm clock

But the CD player he likes alot
