Plus, and this is what irritates me most--the alarm switch is really hard to move to the off position--it is nearly flush with the top of the case, and when it is going off, and you are in bed, feeling for it with your fingers, it is very hard to detect--and since it is flush with the case, I find I need to get a finger nail on it, in order to move it--a really, really crappy design

Fantastic little clock radio - no instructions were included in box NONE and setting it is oddly sophisticated - Sony website is helpful - small and compact footprint takes up little counter space - unobtrusive design - good speaker quality for its size - a little powerhouse - I am delighted with this purchase and have ordered a second one.
