Sony ICFC-1 Alarm Clock Radio LED Black

    • Setting the time is relatively simple, however the clock does need power to function and will not work if the power is out if that is a concern
    • Overall, I've been very pleased with this purchase; the only downside I can think of is, should the power go out, the built-in battery backup can run somewhat slow.
    • It's not by a huge amount, but if you wind up with a lengthy power outage or unplug the clock for too long, you can wind up 5-10 minutes behind.
    • The nice part about it is that if you loose power still have the backup battery
    • It doesn't work on power saver mode even with the new battery that I put in
    • Disc batteries work full time in other devices, why can't it work as a power interrupt backup
    • Suspect it will lose power in the event of a power outage and lose my alarm settings...
    • Power cable likes to lose connection and kills the power
    • The alarm is also much nicer than my previous clock; the old one would practically scare me awake, with the speaker emitting a loud POP as it powered up before its obnoxious beeping started.
    • The product does not work on the power saver mode (i.e. With the battery)
