While this clock radio is compact, it projects great sound, great lighting of numbers and very easy to set.

The only issue I have is that the clock intermittently makes "static" sound and the radio isn't even on.

Sound of the radio is good - this is no Bose Stereo, simply a good, clear radio; don't buy this for a stereophonic sound experience, just as a good sounding alarm-clock-radio to wake you up or put you to sleep.
