I do not know why Sony do this in 2020.I think Sony is pricing this headphones wrong

Bottom line, buy on sale is a good deal, full price is bad.

Price was great however the built quality and comfort wasn't so great.

These headphones seem to provide many of the features of Sony’s higher end headphones at a more modest price point

there are headphones at this price point that far outperform these on so many levels

However, it doesn’t do a good job at blocking background noise while on a call

The noise cancelling is not the best but does a decent job in public places (not so well while jogging or biking or in windy conditions)

The sound quality is exceptional, and Sony did a nice job with the noise cancelling.

My other headset from another manufacturer does a much better job at completely cancelling outside noise

These headphones have good sound and do a good job of cancelling noise

Overall, while I was pleased with the sound quality, noise-cancelling, and battery life of these Sony WHCH710N, I was somewhat disappointed by the pauper treatment you get in the unboxing experience

I had a very inexpensive pair of COWIN headphones that I feel like does a better a better job and those are a quarter of the price

Previously, I had been using a cheap pair of over-ear headphones and was a bit hesitant about investing in something nicer

If you’re looking for a decent pair of sub $200 noise cancelling headphones, the Sony 710N decent sound at a budget price.

These aren't perfect but at this price point they are a reliable, good sounding pair of headphones that should last a long time.

know if there’s a worse pair of headphones in this price range to be honest.

I also own a Bose noise canceling 700 headset that I compared them to, and they seemed to be comparable in noise canceling

For example, I left my paired phone on the front porch while I went into my back yard and garage, about 30-45 feet distance, and only then when I was furthest away deep in the garage, did I get a spotty connection

After the adjustment period i can say that im happy with the headphones and the fact that they charge through USB-C is great, however the included cable is embarrassingly short
