I purchased this watch to replace my Samsung Galaxy NEO Gear 2 watch since I changed my phone to a ASUS, and samsung does not support other devices, I should say to be correct , not all the funcion work if you pair it with another phone, So I purchased this watch and the best thing about it , is that you can use a Bluetooth headset and the watch both at the sametime, Thanks to the NFC connection, This watch is well built and is of high quality,

Great device and great idea

December 5, Sony updated the phone so now there are several more watch faces to choose from, you can read the entire email or message, and several other nice changes which means Sony is supporting the device

Both devices are great and it all depends what you need a smartwatch for that should be the deciding factor.

If not, consider a different Android device, rooting your current device with Cyanogen as recommended in the comments below, or a different smart watch device completely.

Awesome device

It is a very handy device.

Although I only used it for a week and ditched it, it's not a bad device

It's a nice looking device

It works great as a notification device, so that you don't have to constantly check your phone, especially in meetings where that would be inappropriate

That being said, the Sony Smart Watch 2 is a neat device that gives you an extension of notifications from your Smart Phone to your wrist

With this watch and a Bluetooth hands free device, my phone never leaves my pocket!
