Said a number of customers had returned their units to the store for same issue

It didn't matter that the only reason I lost the watch unit is because it popped out of the frame due to the manufacturing defect

Of course the watch will pop out if there's nothing but a thin line of glue holding the plastic unit onto the frame!!!I called Sony warranty at least 4 times, but they all refused to help me on account that I lost the main watch unit.

Sometime the unit froze up on me, or there was an unreasonable delay in getting an application to work.
