While the comfort factor and sound quality are big factors in choosing a decent set of headphones, the price range of the SONY line appears comparable to other reputable brands, like BOSE (which I do not have any experience in using).

SONY has a well-earned reputation for creating quality sound products and I believe if you’re willing to spend the money on a solid set of headphones, the WH-CH700N headphones are a worthy investment.
For the money these are a decent set of wireless headphones
I have a really good set of headphones (Senheisser 700 with a DAC and headphone amp connected to my computer) but somehow this pair of Sony just delivered the right sound out of the box
It's definitely noticeable and does a good job, but doesn't fully block out external noise; Bose in my opinion does a slightly better job on this

The noise cancelling does a good job of blocking a noisy desk fan, dish washer, and other repetitive household noises.
The Bose QuietComfort also did a better job of staying on my head

Great battery life and my ears and temples doesn't hurt as quickly as it would if I were to wear another pair of headphones for a long period of time.
I’ve never been a fan of headphones because I could never find a pair comfortable enough to wear for an extended time … my ears apparently are not flat enough to accommodate the standard design.
These are absolute garbage and Sony should be ashamed to have manufactured such a poor product
Only connects to one device at a time (my cheaper headsets were able to connect both to laptop and a phone, and didn't have to switch around), but still love this product.
While my A/C was running I disabled and then enabled noise cancelling and suddenly I could barely hear my air handler at all
The noise reduction quality is not as good as the Bose, but it is a great value product.
Overall, this is a fine product and I may be switching to it as my primary headphone.
The ear cushions are great, as is the headband, but the material on the earpads are not that dense, so it misses out on some of the passive noise cancelling there
