I love this thing and wish i had known about it sooner!
This thing is great and exactly everything I hoped it would be
Works great, the only thing that is weird is that it will set my phone to 50% volume
This thing has mild static in the background for no apparent reason
When the device is not playing and my radio is turned off this thing emits a high pitch noise which isn't very loud but extremely irritating, you can't hear it when music is playing or even when your windows are

I assume that if I'll bought better noise isolator, the sound would be better, but it's missing the whole point
You will need to get a (ground loop noise isolator) to get over that problem.
Thanks to BT 4.0 the quality of the sound is crystal clear, however, I highly recommend to use it with a good quality ground loop noise isolator to eliminate background humming in older cars or cars with poorly grounded wiring
When I get another car I will buy another like this one, because it works as it should and is more than what you pay for

Just one thing buy the noise cancellation or static you will need it.
Good connection, but too much noise or static for my ml350.
Seems to make an annoying hissing noise through the speakers even when the stereo is off

I used the SoundBot in combination with a ground loop noise isolator (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019393MV2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1&tag=patrifletc-20) to get excellent sound quality even at low volume levels
I also bought a ground loop noise isolator (just in case).
You will need to get a (ground loop noise isolator) to get over that problem.

We gave it 4 stars b/c we'd like for it does not connect to more than 1 phone.
Sound quality is pretty good, but I do get a high pitched whine similar to a ground loop whine that I did not have when not using this unit
The only drawback is there is a high pitched whine caused by a ground loop
There is a fairly quiet high pitched whine that you notice when you don't have the radio on, but you can unplug the unit when not in use to eliminate this problem
My only complaint is that the dual USB charger included produces a barely audible high pitched whine when in use.
