The nigari has worked well as a coagulant

The nigari we received with ours was a bit on the wet side but works well

every couple minutes to straighten the top out a little (since your tofu will be slightly uneven if you don't).The Nigari and the cloth that come with this also work as expected.

The nigari that came with the unit is inferior in my opinion, and I threw it out.

Upon further investigation, the nigari was all wet and oozing sticky liquid of some sort.

They included enough nigari to make a TON of tofu
