Around the area where the charger had to be plugged in there is a minimal piece of thin strand rubber that stretched and expanded like a bad rubber band

UPDATE- the flimsy rubber finally broke off like I knew it would.

The softer rubber is falling apart & breaking off in chunks.

The rubber on the power button and volume buttons is starting to get weak, and it's only really bad because I keep picking at it
