Fits great, has a good side grip and gives me some security without a lot of bulk

Quality, however, the iPhone X requires swiping from the bottom up to unlock/switch apps - other iPhone X cases include a space for this instead of a full frame.

Have dropped phone 2x and the cover took the scratch, not the phone.

I don’t yet know if the case will protect my phone or not, but there was a ridiculous “protective cover” that I couldn’t get off and scratched the plastic case with my nails to try to get it off

I like how when you first get the case that both inside and outside of the case have a protective film

Second complaint is getting the 2 protective films off of the cover backing without scratching the case.

Although I can immediately tell it will not protect an IPhone X from cracking

it’s the hard impact and the flaw of making the X with weak back glass on the case

It landed on its back and the back glass is now completely shattered

Now I am frustrated that I have to pay to replace the very expensive glass on the back of my iPhone

The thing I like the most about this case is how it protects every side of the phone and still displays the beautiful glass touch of the iPhone

ALL great things, except there are two holes, one on each bottom corner of the back of the case, that allow dust and pocket debri to gunk up between your phone and the case, subsequently scratching your pretty glass iPhone X back

Anyway, I recommend this product based on price and protection, but I subtracted stars because of the discoloration.

purposeI would subtract a single star because the red color faded very quickly...and is more of a bleh color of red with lots of black discoloration.

It's a bit tricky to insert and remove the phone in it but not too bad.

Case was as described.. looks nice but from a 3 foot fall case failed to protect my phone

Not bad, but the vent holes on the corners allow dust and debris to get behind the clear panel and scratch up the glass back of the phone

According to what I have found online about the new iPhone Xs, only the right holes actually output sound from the speaker while the left holes hide the bottom microphone, so this won't be an issue with this case

case is great, only issue are the holes that creates an opening for dust and debris to get in

My biggest complaint would be the two holes on the back panel which seem to be for ventilation I guess but really end up just being a way for dust and dirt to get in which isn't that hard to wipe off but seemed odd

It levels out the camera bump, a clear back to admire the glass design of the phone and great tactile feedback from the side buttons.

The speaker grill is covered and the camera does not fit within the camera bump of the case

So perfectly right that it had an air bubble so impossible to be rid of.

The phone has survived a few trips to hard floors and sidewalks and functions very well and adequately grips the X.
