I rate these erasers as "okay" only because I will have more waste; not becaue the erasers are not a good quality, they do work just fine.

I love the quality of the product might take some time to get use to but all in all good.

I didn't have this fancy retractable version, just the basic rectangular one.

Get yourself a "Pentel Quicker Clicker".2

Put your Staedtler eraser in the little metal eraser clip, stick it back on the Quicker Clicker, and throw away the eraser that came with the Pentel
