The crema on the Fiamma and the crema on the Staresso were indistinguishable.

It was excellent, good crema, etc, but didn't quite have the true espresso flavor.

I was skeptical about how the espresso would taste, but the espresso has good flavor with a nice crema.

Prior to failure I very much liked the quality of espresso, good crema strong single shot

Every shot of espresso made with this always has always come out good with a great crema

Why this product, water keep leaking when i are pumping to making coffee?

I liked this product but the threads on the main unit failed and broke in less than a year.

All-in-all I have loved this product and I use it every day

I really think that it's a good product for the coffee lovers

It makes a decent cup of coffee but nowhere near espresso

It was very easy to use and made a delicious cup of espresso

Only time i get grounds in my shot is when i dont clean the cup for the grounds and plastic

Only feedback is the cup is loose in the holder and moves up and down quite a bit, might pose a risk of breaking it not sure yet

UPDATE 1: I used my old Staresso cup, and both filters on the unit failed

As long as you preheat it and use fresh ground high quality coffee (and get the grind right and tamp it tight) it delivers top notch espresso

This thing is so inconsistent with the consistency of espresso and amount of coffee grounds that wind up in it

I took it with me and it was the best thing I ever did.

It was still watery and bland, and the texture was still completely wrong... and I wasted quite a bit of coffee just to get that far

The first few tries I got a lot of grounds in my glass, giving it a gritty texture and basically ruining the shot

It also makes great espressos using Peet's medium roast ground coffee.

The best results for me is with a medium dark roast organic bean that I grind myself to a medium fine powder

Works well and makes good espresso - not as good as with a standard espresso machine, but very enjoyable.

Even though the plastic seemed 100% fine and it wasn't a bad drop at all, after that I couldn't screw the parts back together

the espresso measuring cup which doubles as a tamper should be made of metal vs cheap plastic; otherwise, I highly recommend this space-saving machine.

It takes on average about 30 or so pumps depending on amount of coffee, as pressure builds in the tank it does become a bit harder to pump as pressure builds and it takes more than half of the pumps before espresso begins to spray into your cup, but it is worth it

It takes quite a bit to clean it thoroughly, but I guess it's better than having another appliance on the already full countertop

A teeny bit fussy to clean (make sure you keep track of the tiny filters and O-rings and don't run them down a drain or lose them in the trash), but otherwise nearly perfect.

You don't even have to use expensive ground coffee -- as long as you get the ultra-fine espresso grind, your coffee will come up with a good 1/4" of crema on the top.

I have lost the round disc that fits in bottom of coffee basket that functions as the filter and there seems to be no way to replace it
